Website Privacy
Your information deserves careful handling.
This notice explains what this website is designed to collect, what it intentionally avoids, and how to contact the practice with questions.

Website boundaries
This is a practice-information website, not a patient portal, medical records system, or secure clinical messaging service. Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, treatment details, insurance identifiers, payment information, or records through this website.
Appointment requests
When online appointment requests are enabled, the form asks for your name, phone number, email address, a routine-or-emergency selection, and permission for the office to contact you. That information is used only to receive the request, notify the front desk, and follow up about scheduling. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
The website does not provide a free-text field for medical details. Appointment information is sent through server-side systems with direct public database access disabled.
Practice assistant
The Maggie assistant provides general website and approved practice information. It cannot diagnose, recommend treatment, access patient records, confirm insurance coverage, or schedule an appointment. Conversation text is kept in the open browser session and is not stored as a patient transcript by this website.
If the AI answer service is enabled, an ordinary non-sensitive question and a limited number of recent turns may be processed through OpenRouter and a selected model provider. The website blocks obvious emergency, personal dental, and identifying details before that step and requests zero-data-retention routing. Do not rely on those filters; never enter private or clinical information in the assistant.
Technical information and service providers
Hosting and security services may automatically process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and requested pages to deliver and protect the website. When their features are enabled, Supabase supports appointment-request storage, Resend delivers front-desk notifications, and OpenRouter processes eligible assistant questions. These services are accessed from the server; their secret credentials are not sent to the browser.
Aggregate website measurement
If aggregate analytics is enabled, the website counts page views and generic actions such as opening the assistant or selecting call, directions, or appointment links. It also counts whether the appointment form had a validation, success, or error outcome.
These counts contain only the date, a fixed event name, a public page path, and a total. They do not contain cookies, visitor or session IDs, query strings, referrers, form values, urgency selections, chat text, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or raw IP addresses.
Operational error monitoring
If operational monitoring is enabled, the website reports fixed error codes, the affected application area, severity, environment, and a timestamp so technical failures can be detected. These reports do not contain exception text, stack traces, request URLs, headers, bodies, cookies, IP addresses, database identifiers, appointment information, urgency selections, chat questions, or assistant answers.
Questions or personal requests
To ask how the practice handles information you submitted through this website, call (979) 696-8594. Do not use the assistant for access, correction, or deletion requests involving personal information.
